CyanogenMod Releases The 2nd 13. Snapshot Builds
We frequently discuss CyanogenMod Nightlies here on Android Police, but unless of course you want living around the bleeding fringe of custom ROMs or you are just running them on the secondary device, you will probably think hard before flashing them in your phone. CyanogenMod Snapshots, however, are freed occasionally and therefore are more reliable versions from the ROM, sitting approximately “nightlies” and “stable” builds.
The very first CyanogenMod 13. snapshot builds began moving out about last month, and today another snapshot has been pressed for lots of devices. That one ought to be more stable and, based on your device, may have a few more features compared to first snapshot.
These builds derive from Android 6. Marshmallow and do not include Google Apps pre-installed. You will need to carry the corresponding GApps zip package and flash it by hand to obtain Google Play Services, the Play Store, and all sorts of other Googly things in your device.
